Job Description
Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join their team and support the modernization and transformation efforts of their technology infrastructure and its digital products.
Job Tasks
- Develop technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies, either for an organization or for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements
- Identify the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution
- Analyze and evaluate alternative technical solutions to meet business problems
- Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions
- Monitor industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology
- Provide information, direction, and support for emerging technologies;
- Perform impact analysis of technology changes
- Provide support to applications and/or technical support teams in the proper application of existing infrastructure
- Review application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements
- Develop technical documents/artifacts to support product management and training to multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies, either for an organization or for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating alternative technical solutions to meet business problems
- Experience providing information, direction, and support for emerging technologies
- Experience working with design systems using an integration of upstream and downstream aggregates (applications, services, and microservices) to ensure the delivery of functionality according to business requirements that focus on performance and dependability.
- Experience providing information, direction, and support for emerging technologies, analyzing, and evaluating alternative technical solutions to meet business problems.
- Experience ensuring the integration of all aspects of technology solutions and performing impact analysis of technology changes for a science-based and/or health care sector client
- Experience ensuring the integration of all aspects of technology solutions;
- Experience monitoring industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology
- Experience reviewing an application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements.
