Who Are We? We are a Home Renovation company who does A to Z home renovations from demolition, flooring, stairs, paint, concrete, landscaping, refinishing, etc. We always focus on quality of work, and customer satisfaction in the wide array of projects we take on.
Who Are We Looking For?: We are looking for a team member who has excellent problem solving skills, is quality oriented, and can perform to the highest standard as is expected of us.
*This person can be independent on a job when left with specific tasks, or work well in a team.* This member must be eager to learn about other trades, and be self motivated to get the job done!
What Should You Expect?: You will have full-time hours, and a positive work environment. We provide long-term work, and need a reliable team member. Almost all projects require a heavy amount of physical labor, therefore, the ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand for 8 hours per day is a requirement. Owning your own vehicle to get to job sites is also a requirement. We travel throughout the GTA region.
What Does the Pay Look Like?: Your hourly wage is strongly reflective of your experience. We are searching for someone that enjoys variety on-site. Ideally, we would like a team member with 4 or more years of experience. These individuals will be considered more highly, and your pay will reflect.
