- Responsible for ordering, merchandising, customer service and labour scheduling
- Will ensure achievement of the departmental budget
- Will maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance to sanitation practices
- Responsible for employee relations including interviewing, hiring, training and the ongoing development
- Previous grocery retail experience (ideally 3 to 5 years)
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Leadership talent and ability to drive customer loyalty
- Comfortable with learning new computer applications
- $18.95 hourly
- Permanent Full Time role in a unionized environment
